MLS was built on a simple observation: the field services market had solved coverage and left outcomes unsolved. We organized the entire company around closing that gap.
By the time MLS entered the market, getting a technician to almost any zip code in America was a solved problem. What remained unsolved was everything customers actually cared about: whether the site was ready, whether the work matched the standard, whether anyone verified it, and whether a record existed afterward. Multi-site IT teams were doing all of that themselves, on top of their day jobs.
So we built the company around the unsolved half. Project management is not our add-on; it is our product. The technician visit is one step inside a managed outcome, and every function at MLS, coordination, scheduling, quality, documentation, exists to make that outcome certain.
